ABOUT Terra Saffen joined the Frontline Communications team in July of 2000 as a customer service operator and has been a great asset to the company throughout the years. Her former Human Resource experience, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Taylor University, have been valuable tools in helping to fulfill the responsibilities of her job. As Assistant Vice President of Frontline Communications Terra's responsibilities include quality assurance and ongoing training and development of the operations staff. Terra is committed to recruiting the most qualified Customer Service Operators available to provide our clients and their customers with outstanding service 100% of the time. Terra serves as a contact to our clients should they have any questions or concerns and will go out of her way to ensure that all issues are dealt with and resolved to the satisfaction of our client. |
