Operator

Frontline also has an individually based training program designed to foster employee growth and development. We are currently seeking flexible, enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our FULL-TIME staff.

Due to the nature of our business—24-hours a day, 7-days a week—all employees must be available on weekends and some holidays. Frontline offers health benefits along with 401(k) participation. Competitive salary starting at $10 per hour.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Excellent work history
  • Reliability
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility of work schedule
  • Willingness to accept responsibility
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Medical office experience is a plus
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
