WHAT'S NEW
Frontline has expanded into several new markets

Indianapolis, 5/03:

Frontline is expanding into new markets in an effort to extend their positive goodwill and build the business throughout the Midwest. Currently slated to provide service in Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and Columbus, OH, this leading provider of professional answering service is considering operations in several other locations.

"We're performing market research in several places," noted CEO David Duncan, "and we'll base our decisions on those results." The company, founded in 1996, has expanded operations in Indianapolis to become the premiere answering service for physicians and medical group practices. The business is based on the core values of honesty, integrity and value, a fact that Duncan is quick to point out. "Most organizations have no relationship with their answering service. We have active on-going relationships with our clients. Our experience has been markedly different. Our research shows Frontline customers are happier and more satisfied with our service and more likely to recommend us to others."

Duncan went on to say that expansion is necessary to maintain growth. "We're already the service of choice for the majority of physicians and medical related businesses in Central Indiana. Expanding into surrounding markets — and states — is the next logical step," he said.
