WHAT'S NEW Frontline Physicians Exchange recently launched its new website as part of a renewed branding and customer-focused initiative aimed at providing cutting-edge services for it's clients. The new web site contains a password-protected "Extranet" to allow clients access to their account information, including the ability to view and print the messages taken by the operators. "We have always been focused on providing the most technologically advanced products to our clients," says Frontline President Nancy Duncan. "Now, by allowing our customers online access to their messages, we're once again extending the disparity between us and our competition in services offered." The client extranet will also allow Frontline customers to make administrative changes to their account information, from updating address and phone numbers to call schedules. In the future, clients will also be able to view billing information online. "Our goal continues to be to provide the services our clients want at a level they expect. This new site is another way we're responding to their needs," Duncan said. Shamess Twardy, Director of Operations, said "Responding to the needs of our clients has helped us stay ahead of the competition, and technology is one of the tools we've employed to do that. We've embraced technology from our earliest days and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future." The new site was launched in late July with new services expected to arrive periodically over the next several months. |
