Accessing messages from Frontline is simple. From faxing to paging,
we offer message delivery plans that keep you in touch, day or night,
365 days a year. Delivery options include:
- Message delivery with follow-up fax or email
- Voice Mail
- Customized dispatch by your protocols
- Alpha-numeric paging, digital pagers, palm pilot and cell phone paging
Answering Services
Complete documentation is provided on each message we take including
date and time stamp for each attempt to contact someone, and the time
that the message was delivered. Computer messages are retained for seven
years. Frontline digitally voice records each call which is retained for
seven years to enhance our quality control and accountability as well as
assist our businesses with the need to obtain messages at a later date.
Voice Mail
Voice mail is ideal for messages that need to be delivered accurately but not
necessarily received immediately. Voice mail delivery provides unparalleled
access to detailed messages that can be retrieved at your convenience.
Virtual Office
Using Frontline to create and maintain a virtual office can free up your staff
to focus on key issues without having to concern themselves with "manning the phones."
Virtual office services provide call answering and forwarding, message taking
and delivery, and appointment scheduling.
Overflow Answering
Never miss another incoming call. When your phone lines are occupied, overflow
answering automatically steps in to provide a live operator to answer the call without
any delay or interruption in service. Your patients (or clients) will never know
that they aren't speaking with someone housed in your offices.
Internet Messaging
Is not currently recommended for medical accounts.
